1、 Preface
Welcome to LeatherCraft Elite (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "We"), a comprehensive platform dedicated to providing users with rich, convenient, and secure online service experiences. The purpose of these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") is to clarify the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of you (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "You") when using platform services, and to ensure that the rights and interests of both parties are reasonably protected. Information display: Merchants and users can publish various types of information such as products, services, and news on the platform for other users to browse, search, and interact with.
Transaction services: Support online transactions between users and merchants, including full process services such as product purchase, payment settlement, logistics delivery, etc.
Social interaction: Provide social functions such as comments, likes, shares, and private messages between users to promote communication and interaction among them.
Personalized recommendation: Based on user behavior data, provide personalized content recommendations to enhance user experience.
Customer service: Establish a customer service team to provide users with comprehensive customer service support such as consultation, complaints, and suggestions.
2.2 Service Changes and Termination
Service changes: The platform has the right to adjust or upgrade service content, functions, rules, etc. based on business needs, legal and regulatory requirements, or changes in technical conditions. For major changes, the platform will notify users in advance through announcements, emails, text messages, and other means.
Service termination: In the following circumstances, the platform has the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the provision of services to users:
The user violates these terms or relevant laws and regulations;
There are security risks associated with user accounts, such as theft, malicious attacks, etc;
The user has not logged in or used the platform for a long time and has not performed any effective operations;
The platform is unable to continue providing services due to force majeure or other reasonable reasons.
3、 User registration and account management
3.1 Registration Qualification
Users must have full capacity for civil conduct and promise that the registration information provided is true, accurate, complete, and valid. Minors must use the platform with the accompaniment of their legal guardians and bear all consequences arising therefrom.
3.2 Account Security
Users should properly keep their account information (including but not limited to username, password, payment password, verification code, etc.) and not disclose it to third parties.
If it is found that the account has been stolen or there is a security risk, the user should immediately notify the platform and take corresponding measures to prevent the loss from expanding.
The platform will adopt reasonable technical means and management measures to ensure the security of user accounts. However, users should understand and accept that no security measures can guarantee absolute security, and users still need to bear the risks arising from account information leakage or illegal use by others.
3.3 Account Transfer and Inheritance
User accounts shall not be transferred, gifted, or otherwise used by others. Regarding the inheritance of account rights, it is necessary to follow relevant laws, regulations, and platform rules for handling.
4、 Product information and transactions
4.1 Product Information
The product information on the platform is provided by merchants, and the platform is only responsible for displaying the information and is not responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, or completeness of the product information. Before purchasing, please carefully check the product information. If you have any questions, please contact the merchant for confirmation.
Merchants should ensure that the product information they publish is true, accurate, and complete, and must not publish false, exaggerated, or misleading information. If a merchant violates this regulation, the platform has the right to take corresponding measures, including but not limited to removing goods, restricting transactions, freezing accounts, etc.
4.2 Transaction Process
Users placing orders to purchase goods through the platform are considered to have made a purchase offer to the merchant. After the merchant confirms the order, both parties form a sales contract relationship.
Users should pay the order amount as agreed, and failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of the order. The platform supports multiple payment methods, as displayed on the page.
The platform will assist in completing the transaction process, including but not limited to order management, payment settlement, logistics tracking, etc. Users can query order status, logistics information, etc. through the platform.
4.3 Price and Payment
The price of the product and shipping fees shall be based on the page displayed at the time of order submission. Merchants have the right to adjust product prices based on market conditions, but the adjusted prices shall not affect the execution of generated orders.
After the user's payment is successful, the platform will pay the corresponding amount to the merchant (after deducting platform service fees and other fees). If refunds, returns, or other situations are caused by user reasons, the platform will handle refund matters in accordance with relevant regulations.
4.4 Logistics Delivery
The merchant is responsible for packaging and shipping the goods, and chooses a cooperating logistics company for delivery. The delivery time, shipping fee standards, and logistics information will be displayed in the order details.
Users should ensure that the provided shipping address and contact information are accurate and correct. The responsibility for delivery delay or loss caused by incorrect information provided by the user shall be borne by the user.
If the user has special requirements for logistics delivery (such as specifying a courier company, expedited delivery, etc.), please communicate with the merchant in advance and reach an agreement.
4.5 After sales service
The platform complies with relevant national laws, regulations, and platform rules to provide after-sales service support for users. The specific after-sales policy shall be subject to the display on the merchant page and platform regulations.
If users find quality problems or discrepancies with the description after receiving the product, they can apply for a return or exchange within the specified time. Merchants should handle users' return and exchange requests in accordance with platform regulations and mutual agreements.
If the after-sales problems caused by the merchant cannot be solved or the user is not satisfied with the merchant's handling results, the user can complain to the platform and apply for platform intervention for handling. The platform will make a ruling and handle it based on relevant regulations and evidence provided by both parties.
5、 User behavior norms
5.1 Legal and Compliance
Users should comply with national laws and regulations, social ethics, and platform rules when using platform services. They are not allowed to publish or disseminate illegal, obscene, violent, false, infringing, or other content, and are not allowed to engage in illegal and criminal activities such as gambling, fraud, and money laundering.
5.2 Respect for intellectual property rights
Users should respect and protect the intellectual property rights of others. Without the permission of the rights holder, they are not allowed to use, copy, or disseminate other people's works, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property content without authorization. If users discover content on the platform that infringes on their intellectual property rights, they can file a complaint with the platform and provide relevant evidence materials.
5.3 Prohibition of brushing orders and evaluations
Users are not allowed to increase their credit rating or sales volume through improper means such as false transactions or brushing orders. The platform will adopt technical means and management measures to monitor and combat brushing behavior.
Users should objectively and truthfully evaluate products and services, and shall not post false evaluations or maliciously evaluate others. If a user posts false or malicious reviews that are verified, the platform has the right to delete the relevant reviews and restrict the user's review permissions.
5.4 Prohibition of Malicious Competition
Users are not allowed to use malicious competitive methods, such as defaming competitors, stealing trade secrets, etc., to harm the legitimate rights and interests of others. If users violate this regulation, the platform has the right to take corresponding measures and hold them legally responsible.
5.5 Information Protection
Users should respect the privacy of others and shall not collect, use, or disclose their personal information. If users discover any behavior that violates their privacy on the platform, they can file a complaint with the platform and provide relevant evidence materials.
Users should properly safeguard their personal information to prevent it from being illegally obtained or utilized by others. The platform will adopt reasonable technical means and management measures to ensure the security of users' personal information. However, users should understand and accept that no security measures can guarantee absolute security, and users still need to bear the risks arising from personal information leakage on their own.
6、 Intellectual Property Declaration
6.1 Platform Content
All content on the platform (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, programs, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws such as copyright, trademarks, patents, etc. Without the permission of the rights holder, no unit or individual may use, copy, or disseminate without authorization. If users discover content on the platform that infringes on their intellectual property rights, they can file a complaint with the platform and provide relevant evidence materials.
6.2 User Content
The content posted by users on the platform (such as user reviews, posting pictures, etc.) is considered as user authorization for the platform to use, copy, and disseminate such content globally, free of charge, non exclusive, and sublicensable, for display, promotion, and other purposes. But users should ensure the legality, authenticity, and accuracy of the published content, and bear legal responsibilities arising from the published content.
If users discover user content on the platform that infringes on their intellectual property rights, they can file a complaint with the platform and provide relevant evidence materials. The platform will make a ruling and handle it based on relevant regulations and evidence provided by both parties.
7、 Limitation and Disclaimer of Liability
7.1 Service Interruptions and Malfunctions
The platform shall not be held responsible for any service interruption or malfunction caused by force majeure, network failure, system maintenance, or other reasons. But the platform will do its best to take measures to minimize the impact and restore services as soon as possible.
 Users should understand and accept that Internet services may be affected by various unforeseen factors, and the platform cannot guarantee the continuity and stability of services.
7.2 Information Authenticity
The platform only displays the product information provided by merchants and is not responsible for its authenticity, accuracy, or completeness. Users should independently verify the authenticity of product information and bear the risks arising from purchasing the product.
If the user suffers losses due to false information or fraudulent behavior posted by the merchant, the user should hold the merchant accountable. The platform will assist users in resolving relevant disputes and provide necessary support.
7.3 Third Party Liability
The platform shall not be liable for any disputes or losses caused by third parties (including but not limited to merchants, logistics companies, payment institutions, etc.). Users should hold the relevant responsible parties accountable in accordance with the law.
The platform will do its best to assist users in resolving disputes with third parties and provide necessary support. However, the platform does not guarantee successful resolution or satisfactory results for users.
7.4 Other Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for the following situations:
Losses incurred by users due to their own reasons;
Losses caused by users violating these terms or relevant laws and regulations;
Other losses not caused by the platform's fault.
8、 Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
8.1 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to this clause shall be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties first; If the negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction over the location of the platform for litigation resolution.
During the dispute resolution process, both parties shall continue to perform other provisions of this clause that do not involve disputes.
8.2 Applicable Law

The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of this clause shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, China (excluding its conflict of laws rules). Both parties agree that in interpreting and applying these terms, any international conventions or legal principles that may render these terms invalid or unenforceable shall be excluded. For any disputes arising from or related to these terms, both parties shall first resolve them through friendly consultation in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, China.
9、 Notification and Delivery
9.1 Notification Method
The platform may send notifications to users through various means including but not limited to internal messaging, email, mobile SMS, phone calls, mail, announcements, etc. Users should ensure that the contact information provided during registration is genuine, accurate, valid, and updated in a timely manner. If the notification is not received in a timely manner due to inaccurate or undeliverable contact information provided by the user, the user shall bear the consequences arising therefrom.
9.2 Delivery Confirmation
Notification sent by the platform shall be deemed delivered at the following times:
Internal messages, emails, mobile text messages, and phone notifications are considered delivered upon sending;
The mailing letter shall be deemed delivered on the third working day after it is sent out;
The announcement shall be deemed delivered to all users upon publication.
10、 Modification and Update of Terms and Conditions
10.1 Modification Rights
The platform has the right to modify or update these terms based on business needs, changes in laws and regulations, or technological advancements. The modified or updated terms will be published on the platform and will take effect from the date of publication.
10.2 User Consent
Users should regularly review the terms and conditions posted on the platform, understand and accept the latest changes to the terms. If the user disagrees with the modified or updated terms, they should immediately stop using the platform services. By continuing to use the platform services, users are deemed to have agreed and accepted the modified or updated terms.
11、 Other
11.1 Complete Agreement
This clause, together with other rules, policies, statements, and other documents published by the platform (hereinafter referred to as "other documents"), constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. In case of any conflict between this clause and other documents, this clause shall prevail. However, this clause explicitly states that other documents shall prevail.
Clause 11.2 Division

If any provision of this clause is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from this clause and shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of this clause. Both parties shall continue to fulfill other valid terms.
11.3 Language version
If there is a language version of this clause other than English, the English version shall prevail. If there is a conflict between other language versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
11.4 Rights Reserved
The platform reserves all rights not explicitly granted to users in these terms.
